I just received this official announcement from Red's Ted Shilowitz:

"Due to overwhelming demand and continued requests from all over the world, we have decided to open up reservations one more time for a few days at the end of January for the RED ONE camera, RED 300mm Prime Lens, and RED 18 to 85 Zoom Lens.

The red.com website will be taking reservations from Midnight January
21st to Midnight January 24th (Pacific Standard Time). We would be
pleased to have those that have signed up on red.com to be a part of
our "REDCORE".... those that have chosen to be a part of the brave 4k
future we are pursuing here at RED.

Now that the reservations are closed, it is most likely the next time orders will be taken is when the product is shipping... possibly around NAB in April.
