Doug Liman recently volunteered to take a couple of Off Hollywood's RED Cameras to Haiti to shoot footage for the "We Are The World" music video remake in support of Haitian earthquake relief.
According to Mark Pederson, Off Hollywood donated REDs & post production for the video, which may air during the Olympics on Friday. Tons of people involved in this great project on both coasts - with a number of different cameras used.
Also REDs are being used to shoot behind the scenes footage on M-X enabled cameras for the "making of video".
Hopefully, this will be a project that greatly effects awareness and relief efforts.
