"The Red Null is an optical collimation tool for Digital Cinema PL mount cameras such as the RED One or Sony F35.
The Red Null requires no special tools or measurement devices to function. Place the Red Null into the camera's lens mount, point the camera at an object 100 feet away or farther and adjust the mount until the projected image becomes sharp. The Red Null is small, inexpensive and an essential tool for the Digital Cinema toolkit.
