According to the good folks at RED:
If you already have your RED ONE, when your first order of 16 GB CF CARDS ships, they will come with a new CF reader/writer for you to install in your CF module. Very simple swap - one Allen key and seven bolts.
Eventually new Cameras will start shipping with the 16GB capable reader built in.
