These days, it's too difficult to keep up with all of the notable RED productions in Features, Episodic TV, Commercials, Music Videos, Documentaries, etc.

(Just recently Warner Brothers switched "ER" over to RED with more productions being considered. Also, "Book of Eli", starring Denzel Washington and Gary Oldman and Directed by Albert and Allen Hughes will be shot on RED.)

We'll try to keep updating interesting stories, but the lists no longer reflect the sheer amount of RED based projects.

The Los Angeles-based Digital Cinema Society (DCS) has issued a list of major productions shot on the digital format during the past year. DCS’ James Mathers notes that as so many independent features and television programmes are now digitally acquired, the list includes only those features bound for theatrical release, as well as major TV dramas.

“Even though we don’t list TV Pilots, we are aware of a tremendous upsurge in those being shot with digital cinema cameras. This may be at least partially attributable to the Screen Actors Guild (SAG)/ Alliance of Motion Picture & Televsion Producers (AMPTP) contract impasse and the fact that shows that are acquired digitally can fall under the jurisdiction of the American Federation of Television & Radio Artists (AFTRA),” explains Mathers.”
