Here are a few photos on location from a short film being shot in Lyon, France.
The RED team has currently been working to improve the already impressive performance in cold weather shooting. The folks shown here, Locared, decided to let people know how their shoot went. According to them, the camera was able to perform very well for an entire night at -5 degree celsius.
They did use warming pads and covers at times, as recommended, but quite often had almost no protection and reported it behaved really nicely with no failure whatsoever.
Keep an eye on their website incase they decided to release sample images or footage from their shoots.
