"These are the frame rate specs for EPIC (all shown widescreen except QuadHD and 720P).

    5k 2.40 = 120

    QuadHD = 127

    4k 2.40 = 150

    3k 2.40 = 200

    2k 2.40 = 300

    720P = 360

16:9 numbers are about 20% less. These numbers are for EPIC-M and EPIC-X... not EPIC-S. These are continuous recording numbers. Battery will be used up a bit quicker when shooting high speed (as expected).

Doubling the frame rate is 1 stop light loss... unless you open the shutter. If you stay at a 180 degree shutter then 48fps is 1 stop, 96fps is 2 stops, etc. Same as any camera...

2k 2.40:1 at 300fps is approx RC5:1. Don't have time at the moment to pull numbers for everything else. They're also not hard system limitations like on Red One... so things can change.

EPIC is the best camera I have ever owned... and I have over 1000 cameras."
