This just announced from RED:
"1.8" SSD Module. Hopefully October...
64GB, 128GB, 256GB Capacities to begin... and those are done.. We have been using/testing them for months.
Offload speeds are wicked fast too (ie. in the 150-200MB/s range).
It will need the REDstation to offload.
User swappable from CF to SSD module, like we always promised". 
Will be available for RED ONE as well as EPIC / Scarlet.
On EPIC, they will be fast enough to record 5k at 100fps.

More details from Jarred Land of RED:
"These are Custom RED SSDs. Off-the-Shelf SSD's do not have a high enough wear rate on their connectors.
You will need the RED STATION to read them, and like Deanan mentioned, they are wicked fast.. as our Media always is."
64GB SSD $950.
128GB SSD $1800
256GB SSD $3200
R1 SSD Camera Module $1500
EPIC SSD Camera Module $2500
(The EPIC module is much more complicated of a module... it has a monitor board+port, plus user buttons and a record button, thus reulting in a higher cost. )
