The Oscar for Best Foreign Language Film went Argentina for "The Secret in Their Eyes" ("El Secreto de Sus Ojos") which was shot on RED ONE Cameras.

Cinematography by Félix Monti
The film is about retired criminal prosecutor Benjamin Esposito who plans to write a novel based on a 25-year-old rape and murder case. The resolution of that case has long haunted him, and he turns to his friends and former colleagues, the alcoholic Pablo and the beautiful Irene, now a chief justice, for help.

How does an actor get nominated or win an Oscar? As you probably already know, the Oscars are the biggest film awards. And what does an actor have to do to get nominated or win an Oscar for Best Actor in a Leading/Supporting Role? Or how good doest his/her performance have to be?

The Academy Awards are governed by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Science. Its member nominate in the various categories and vote for the final Oscar winners.
